I have a Question,Isthis the same health care package Hillary was proposing when Bill was In office,just curious ,I didnt pay much attention then and I really still do not give it much thought just thought of this well Is it?

No, it was largely based on a state plan in Massachusetts called RomneyCare. How's that for irony?

ok well,I cant say it isnt working and I cant say it is ,I wonder what transition timeline it will have or are they dead set on making it work,I am Pretty sure a Dme will be in office next term,could be Hillary but it will be a Dem. gonna be interesting to see were this Health care goes next term of office.

Considering that people with pre existing conditions such as breast cancer to kids with asthma can't be denied healthcare and young folk can stay on their parents policy until 26 instead of being kicked out of the nest at 21, I would say it's working good in that respect. The CBO estimates some fairly large savings overall in the next 10 years.

Another benefit will be that people can retire before they are Medicare eligible using the ACA to bridge the insurance gap. This will open up jobs for younger folks.

Great point. Expect some to say that they are now paying for your retirement.

Well I'm a 'glass is half full' kind of gal and prefer to think of it as creating jobs for recent college graduates. 😉

Which, in turn, was based on the Nixon plan for universal health care. What we adopted is the Republican plan.
