So many people are exhausting to me. I once played golf with an old guy who said climate change science was an example of the hubris of man - because God was in control of the weather.
For people like that their God must be one mean-spirited sonofabitch.

They probably shrug and say that God is mysterious and unknowable and the victims of bad weather events probably deserved it.

It was around that time 5 years ago that I accepted that future generations are doomed.

According to this 2016 article 15% of Americans believe that the Christian god controls the weather: https://climatecommunication.yale.ed...god-end-times/

Then add in people like the OP who choose to ignore reality and science, then add all the people driving RVs and taking airplane trips who don't think twice about climate change, it's overwhelming. I live in a time where people still believe that a god controls the weather.

Indra is the Hindu god of weather calamities I guess: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indra

I'm thinking the time has passed on being able to stop drastic life altering climate events from happening. To the point of vast areas uninhabitable.

Once this sinks in and effects realized the real fun will begin. Not enough safe areas to go around for everyone.

Whell’s World, of course, still believes climate change ain’t real, no matter the overwhelming evidence.
