Man featured at Giuliani press conference is a convicted sex offender

https://www.politico.com/states/new-...fender-1335241

Quote:
Trenton political insiders watched with bemusement as Brooks took the podium.

Brooks was incarcerated in the 1990s on charges of sexual assault, lewdness and endangering the welfare of a minor for exposing himself to two girls ages 7 and 11, according to news accounts.
Only the best people for Rudy!

Ben Carson tests positive for coronavirus

https://www.axios.com/ben-carson-tes...475c76a59.html

Quote:
Carson is the latest in a string of White House officials to contract the virus — days after chief of staff Mark Meadows also tested positive. Like Meadows, Carson attended the White House’s largely mask-free election night party last week alongside a group of other top officials in President Trump's Cabinet.

The White House has grown increasingly secretive about outbreaks — including its cluster of infections involving Meadows, which also includes a top Trump campaign official as well as undisclosed White House staff, per the AP.

Meadows’ infection was kept under wraps and remained unknown to many staff until Bloomberg News reported it Friday.

This is the asshole leading Donny's futile "legal" battle to "win" the election.

Robert Costa @costareports

Big picture on Nov. 9th: McConnell, the most powerful Republican in Congress, stands firmly with President Trump as the president fights his legal battles. Rails against "far left mobs," minutes after meeting with AG Barr at the Capitol. Wants "no lectures" from Democrats.

This letter is wild...

Both of Georgia’s (Republican) Senators are calling on the (Republican) Secretary of State to resign because they claim he "failed to deliver honest and transparent elections” — but offer zero evidence or even examples from last week to support it

The Lincoln Project @ProjectLincoln

This is Emily W. Murphy.

She’s a Trump appointee at the GSA who is declining to sign the letter authorizing the Biden transition to begin.

Give her a call and tell her you want Biden treated like every other president-elect.

John Fetterman @JohnFetterman

Let me be clear, far more REPUBLICANS in the PA Legislature voted for Vote by Mail than Democrats.

It’s a fact: You can look it up.

GOP AG’s suing PAGOP for a GOP Vote by Mail bill is even *less* effective than suing a ham sandwich.

Reading between the lines: Both of Georgia’s (Republican) Senators are calling on the (Republican) Secretary of State to resign because he "failed to deliver the desired outcome”.

The ‘orchestrated’ push to discredit Georgia’s election sparks more GOP infighting

https://www.ajc.com/politics/politic...FVHKKCNY2RYGM/

Quote:
We’re told the president and his top allies pressured the two Republican senators to take this step, lest he tweet a negative word about them and risk divorcing them from his base ahead of the consequential runoff.

And shortly after, Trump and some of his inner circle started tweeting attacks at Raffensperger, who was already unpopular with many in the Georgia GOP base long before Tuesday’s vote.

WSB radio analyst Jamie Dupree called it “an orchestrated election move the likes of which I’ve never seen before.”

On Tuesday, U.S. Rep. Doug Collins jumped in. He’s leading Trump’s effort to recount Georgia’s race and he called for several steps, including a hand-count of every ballot cast in each county due to “widespread allegations of voter irregularities” but offered no evidence to back that up.
Sad.
