No, he saw Ronnie Reagan stepping into the Whitehouse and knew the Gipper would soon be scaring the shit out of everyone with nefarious Boogeymen (Like he and McCarthy did in the '50s.) and knew there would be a renewed demand for "Vivo" shelters. There was no "need" in the '50s, there was no "need" in the '80s and there is no "need" today.

When in the hell are people gonna wake up?
