To your list of under-reported American atrocities, add our conduct in the Philippine–American War. It was at least on a par with the Nanking Massacre. Depending on your sources, we killed up to 5 times as many innocents as the Japanese did in Nanking.
The Moro Rebellion! I'd forgotten that one! "White Man's Burden" and all that.

You seem to be making my point. That's what we were all told. That plus, as many Japanese were killed in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the toll of Japanese would have been far higher had we invaded.

The Chinese are interfering with fishing rights of the Filipinos. Beef is very expensive there for the average person and they need fish which is their cheapest protein staple.

So this makes me happy.

They can't keep the tempest in the teapot forever, John. He's yearning to have his day in the spotlight.

I know it.

You know it.

It's only a matter of time before he leaps out and leaves no doubt. And, the whole world will be watching.

And, I can't wait. It's going to be a stone gas.
