Tucker deals seriously with consequences of modern deindustrialization of America and is the only person in MSM who is bold and daring enough to put Trump in proper context. The BBC article which Don Q had some issues with was also trying.
It is amazing to me that anyone from such an organization as Fox news could openingly savage Vulture Capitalism, attack the MIC, roll back the Syrian adventure, proffer questions on NATO, expose the dangers of Trump's Iran policy, highlight the mismatch response to the threats of Russia and China.....

“Trump proposes amnesty. We voted for Trump and got Jeb!” Coulter tweeted. WP

The power behind the throne speaks after Trump's ridiculous and mealy mouthed offer to delay his dismantling of DACA/TPS for three years. The message from the midterm drubbing was clear, no wall.

Trump created this shutdown and like the majority of the crisis the country has been put through since 1/20/2017. He caused it to happen and then when the mess gets fixed, claims a victory.
The country is being held hostage, by one testing just how far it can be pushed. If the shutdown is over with anything less then an agreement just to go back. Open up.
Then to negotiate on a agreement for a budget wall immigration ect....
What to stop Trump using this tactic for whatever the next time? The next and next?

Don’t forget, we are building and renovating big sections of Wall right now. Moving quickly, and will cost far less than previous politicians thought possible. Building, after all, is what I do best, even when money is not readily available!

Right, Donny. You stiff the contractors, then declare bankruptcy. It's the way you've always done business.

”TrumPutin IS SCREAMING. HE’S SO MAD AT RUDY”: GIULIANI’S FATE IS UNCERTAIN AFTER BOTCHED INTERVIEWS
As Giuliani’s unforced errors pile up, former West Wing officials and 2016 campaign veterans are privately debating what’s gone wrong with Rudy.

Trump’s lies on his business dealings in Russia were a profound betrayal of voters
https://www.washingtonpost.com/opini...131_story.html
Quote:
...we know Mr. Trump thought it perfectly acceptable to clandestinely pursue his personal business interest with the government of a prime U.S. adversary while advancing a presidential platform of improving relations with the regime. Whether that was illegal, it was a profound betrayal of the voters.
Mr. Trump defended his actions last November, after Mr. Cohen confessed to lying about the extent of the negotiations, by saying there was no reason for him to give up “opportunities” such as the proposed Moscow tower because “there was a good chance that I wouldn’t have won” the election. But the record shows it was his presidential candidacy itself that created the opportunity.
Mr. Cohen and another Trump associate, Felix Sater, began working on a plan to license Mr. Trump’s name to a Russian developer after he announced he was running for president in June 2015. Before then, Mr. Sater told BuzzFeed, “a lot of Russians weren’t willing to pay a premium licensing fee to put Donald’s name on their building. Now maybe they would be.”

Tony Schwartz @tonyschwartz
There is one reason I can imagine Trump finding a way to open the government by January 29. He desperately wants to give the State of the Union to Congress. It's always, always about his vanity.
