Nimble and highly adaptive minds are always needed. I have seen more than my fair share of close minded people who never can give an ounce of credit to anyone that works outside of their specialty.
If ten people go to college, get their degrees, and afterwards go into ten different fields and achieve to the best of their abilities, then their college experience was a success. Too often, we assign failure and success labels to people based on how much $$ they make.
