I suspect that you never surfed the SOC side, the Pacific side has some nice stuff though.

After watching the series "Portlandia" I decided that that commie lib place would be just right for me.

Then I did a zillow search of houses for sale in the price range I could comfortably afford and nothing came up. Then I raised it by 50K to the max I could stretch and all that came up was dumps.

I don't know how high I would have to go before I found a place that I would actually consider living in, and I don't want to find out either.

That place is expensive!

That is how the elite keep out the riff-raff. The problem now is there is a market shortage of houses, so everything you were looking for has already been sold. Only thing left are houses so bad nobody wants them or so expensive few can afford them.
