anyone seen "Making a Murderer" on Netflix?

The way this family got manipulated by the Manitowoc Co police dept and the the DA's office is criminal. and the craziest thing about it is that I am not positive SA did not commit murder, but there is definitely reasonable doubt. and yet both he and Brandon are doing life terms. must watch TV IMO.

I'm only through episode 4. I have a definite opinion that Brandon's confession was just the cops 'getting into his head,' as he said to his mother right afterwards. Not worth shit, in other words, except as evidence against the cops.

Beyond that, haven't formed too many definite opinions yet. Still watching, don't want spoilers. I did know that Steven was convicted, didn't know about Brandon. I'll ask just one thing: I think the fact that Brandon got life means he recanted his 'confession' and did not cooperate with the prosecution. Is that correct?

One must at all times keep in mind that the documentary makers are making 'engaging' TV by adopting a particular point-of-view....

Should give it a look tonight. I have been watching the BBC docu of the Great War on Youtube and it depresses. After the Somme I cease watching. What a waste!

sorry about the spoilers. It was very engaging and I think I binge watched the first 5 or 6 episodes before pacing myself through the rest.
