I found a leather bound collection of 6 Isaac Asimov books in one volume: Foundation, Foundation and Empire, The Second Foundation, The Stars, Like Dust, The Naked Sun and I, Robot. Are those by the Easton Press? That collection is worth several hundred dollars on Ebay.
Earlier this year I found some Easton Press editions at Saver's...Dune was one of them.
I found three signed copies of some lesser known science fiction novels also. A complete set of classical literature by Easton can go for a few thousand bucks on Ebay if its in nice condition.

There is an Ian Fleming Easton Press that is valuable also.

To me Asimov is like watching an old Star Trek rerun. He never fails to entertain. Plus his narratives are often times just two people discussing past or future events.

Nope, Amaranth. I got it used through Amazon. I doubt that anyone in the business would miss the value you discuss. I am satisfied having some good escapism in a volume that I will enjoy having in my bookshelf.

I recommend Prelude To Foundation and Forward the Foundation as well. I found them to be fun reads plus they were written later in his life when he was much better stylistically than in his 20s, when he wrote the first Foundation stories.

Happy City by Charles Montgomery

This is a book about the feelings and science of walkable cities. It is a great read. I particularly enjoyed it because the author describes fairly minor changes that we can make to our cities and lifestyles that add up to give us greater satisfaction. Or happiness .

Just received The Mass Psychology of Fascism by Wilhelm Reich (1933) on Saturday.

It's a study of the rise of European Fascism as it happened between the Treaty of Versailles and the NSDAP's seizure of power in '33.

I'm only thirty pages in and it's already scaring the hell out of me.

The bible is a fascinating read, but the gun is doubled edged.
