Police use mugshots for target practice
This from the state that never seems to get anything right. North Miami Beach police caught using mugshots of black men for target practice. Interesting that this was discovered by a woman whose brother happened to be on one of those mugshots.

Why isn't there any national reaction to this story? Because it did not happen on TV or live camera?
