Our overthrow of Mosaddegh and our installation of the Shah created the path for the rule of the clerics.

The clerics have staying power; they control and infuse all institutions.

What Trump say or do will not change that dynamic.

They'll blame Obama, it's all they have left in their quivers.

Just cannot believe a judge would put our country in such peril. If something happens blame him and court system. People pouring in. Bad!

Notice the hate behind the phrase "people pouring in?"

Like immigrants are bad...like humans are bad. Trump is the reincarnation of those who hated the Irish coming here in the 1840s and those who feared the immigration wave from Italy and Southeastern Europe between the 1880s and 1920s. What an embarrassment.

"Silicon Valley is stepping up its confrontation with the Trump administration.
On Sunday night, Google, Facebook, Uber, Twitter, Netflix and other prominent tech companies filed a legal brief opposing the administration’s contentious entry ban, according to people familiar with the matter.
The amicus brief was filed with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, which is expected to rule within a few days on an appeal by the administration after a federal judge in Seattle issued late Friday a temporary restraining order putting the entry ban on hold. The brief comes at the end of a week of nationwide protests against the plan — as well as a flurry of activity in Silicon Valley, a region that sees immigration as central to its identity as an innovation hub.
Companies backing the filing also include Lyft, Pinterest, Yelp, Square, Reddit, Kickstarter, Github, Glassdoor, Box, Mozilla, Dropbox, Twilio, Zynga, Medium, Pinterest, and Salesforce, according to the sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the filing was still being finalized Sunday." The tech world is pushing back against Trump's ban on Muslims. Good.

That is one of the defects in the lefty brain. They equivalise everything.

Somehow it is OK to murder somebody because somebody else murdered somebody.

Whether or not you support Trump, his tendency to lash out at specific judges each time a ruling doesn't go his way should worry everyone. He either doesn't understand how our court system works, or he doesn't care. Every president in modern history has had court rulings go against them (I read that the Obama administration win rate in court was something like 40%). But comments and reactions like Trump's have been only tend to cast doubt on the system, and that is not good for anyone.

This immigration order is on questionable legal ground and should be carefully reviewed by the courts to determine whether it is legal. If the President of the United States can't understand why that is a necessary step in our Government, that's a real problem.

The country will one day realize the folly in letting a head of a private company or businessman run a country. One who has always been able to apply my way or the highway, or for profit driven results.
When in reality running a country all the needs of the citizens are to be taken into account. Not everything will show a profit needing to be undertaken.

This is just fabulist bullshit, you apparently know nothing of the stringent processes already in place since revision after 911.
This is just Trump waving his wand to make shit happen so he can claim glory.
