The revisions will come from the House. Then the Senate has to vote to approve them. That's where Budget Reconciliation comes into the picture.

Well ok..... I've seen people talk about how its chances
of getting through aren't looking good, but I seen few
actually pronounce it with certainty as being totally dead.

Obama called for an "up or down" vote. That was a pretty good way to put it. Seems they're ready to push it through. Wonder if that means Pelosi has the votes? Love her or hate her (seems there's no middle ground) she's proven to be damn good at getting things done.
Lol....

Really guys? Pre-existing conditions? Life time limits? None of that worth anything?
It doesn’t take 2000 plus pages to handle that.

Just how are you going to view the whole picture when
you refuse to look at it all?

Not a chance. He found an opportunity for his "15 minutes of fame." He was next in line after Jim Bunning.

If it really is dead we can thank Aetna, US Healthcare, et. al. for all the money they spent buying up congress critters, Stupac, Nelson, Landrieu, Grassley, Hatch, McConnell, Boehner, etc. come to mind, and that little twit from Virginia who is party whip among others too numerous to name (and so useless that I can't even recall their names).

Eh, Stupek's been in the news all year. Bastard doesn't want my tax dollars to pay for abortions. Heck, I'd love to fund abortions. It would eventually make for a better (read more Catholic) world.

Unfortunately, the Catholics aren't the only ones interested in multiplying. There are plenty of others who breed without regard to the consequences. I've seen too many of them when I get appointed to juvenile court cases.

Regards,

D-Ray

Hey D-Ray, I heard some of the "folks" up on Independence Ave. thought a Cadillac plan was where you sit around, smoke meth, and pop out babies untill the government gives you a Cadillac.

I'm in favor of public funded abortions. Even for people who are so stupid as to wait until their third trimester...both of them.

I don't see a downside, but I haven't searched the depths of the "King Bubba's Bible" at this point.

It is not for me to stand in judgment of my fellow man, unless, of course, I catch him stealing my wife's teevee set. At which point I'll help him to jump start his old truck.

Just kidding, we'd have to buy another of the damn things...more expensive than the last.

Chas
