I'm reading two books at the moment;

From Beirut to Jerusalem - Tom Friedman

Roots, Radicals and Rockers: How Skiffle Changed the World - Billy Bragg

Hopefully the book is more coherent than was the Amazon Prime series. Excellent, frightening premise, with many, many parallels to the current administration, but mediocre execution, for the most part.

A coherent Philip K. Dick novel would be oxymoronic.

It's been ok so far, but I've been diverted to In the Garden of Beasts by the parallel with current affairs.

I just finished reading Rising Out Of Hatred.
It was a good book and demonstrates how Trumps rhetoric parallels the white nationalists goals and mindset.
It was about Derrick Black, the son of Don Black and god son of David Duke. He grew up in that environment and when he became an adult and could think for himself, he denounced the rhetoric and the white nationalists.

Detroit An American Autopsy

CHARLIE LEDUFF

A look at Detroit and it's environs with a Mickey Spillane edge.
