Moved on to:

Sonny Rollings: Saxaphone Colossus

Sonny doesn't get excited here. Emphasis is on tone.

I'll be in Milwaukee at my daughter's graduation from Marquette U. I'll use this space to brag a bit. She finished #1 in the School of Biomedical Engineering and succeeded in landing her dream job, doing R&D on cardiac and renal implant devices for Boston Scientific Corp. in Minneapolis. She is thrilled and we're thrilled for her.

Currently listening to Joe Cocker - Mad Dogs & Englishmen

She heard about the California characters we have hanging out here.

Congrats to her on that success and to you for your inspiration of her.

Our older boy gets his physics degree in a couple of weeks, and he plans to put it in his pocket while he tries to make it in the music business.

Regards,

D-Ray

I never liked San Diego, my kids were out there a few weeks ago and they left unimpressed as well.

Sounds like she is way smarter than you.

Hey! I'm a legend in my own mind!

She spend two summers interning for Boston Scientific in Minneapolis and loved the city (in the summertime, anyway). We'll see how she's feeling next January. She does have a pretty hot-n-heavy boyfriend there, also a biomedical engineer with BSC.
