So instead we should glean the truth from an offshore publication that relies on its story for such enlightening quotes as:
It said in a statement, “The strong performance of our operating business provides us with the flexibility to manage our capital structure in a prudent manner. In full compliance with our debt covenants, we continue to evaluate opportunities to strengthen our balance sheet. We believe our recent contribution of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. stock to our subsidiary Broader Media, LLC constituted a permitted investment under, and fully complied with, our financing agreements.” - See more at: http://www.radiotoday.com.au/news/wh....s4qCw0Df.dpuf Press releases speak the truth as well as they speak in plain English.

Sounds prudent and ethical.

Good choice of verb there. It definitely sounds. No one can deny that it sounds.

You didn't like the fact that I posted a link to a non-US based publication? OK. To satisfy the jingoistic side of you, here's a link to the same story in a US based publication:
http://www.insideradio.com/free/cour...81e3d6fe0.html
And, oh my, it quotes from the same press release! . Do you really need someone to explain what the above quoted section of the press release means?
And by the way counselor, since it was a press release concerning the company's position about a financial move that is being contested in court, I have no doubt the language in that press release was reviewed, possibly written by, and approved by a member of your profession.

Oh my, yes; a trade publication is a much more objective and trustworthy source. And you know as well as I do that the press release means a little bit of nothing. "We didn't do anything wrong, we think."

But Don, if you wanted an objective critique of pederasty, wouldn't you go to NAMBLA?
