You're right - rhetorical overkill.

My point is that your political outlook is so invested in the failure of the ACA that you cannot allow yourself to see it as anything other than an utter failure.
Personally, I have already seen benefits from it for my family; and there are others here who have received refunds as a result of the requirement that a minimum amount of the premiums must go to providing healthcare.

You can continue to dream for a failure, but I fully expect to see your dreams dashed.

The gains that you've seen personally could have been arrived at without the legislative and regulatory overkill, coupled with wholesale repricing and funding of health insurance, that is Obamacare. And my comments about my concerns that the impact that this regulatory circus will have are not due to my "investment in failure" of the the law. It's simple observation, and genuine concern.
