^^ Good news indeed for those of us who pay our fair share of taxes and do not own multiple properties to swap and swindle, which is where I suspect a lot of this happens for individuals. Assess low for taxation and high for leverage is what Trump is being investigated for using shell corporations and partnerships, lots of places to hide capital gains.

The majority of freeloaders I'd venture a guess on, don't carry a lunchbox to work. Or get paid by a check with no way around having taxes taken out.
