It's not a knock off of anything. It's an homage to the Ford GT40 that won the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1966.



The GT '66 won its class at Le Mans this year.

I think that look was inspired by the early Corvettes, especially the Stingray.

I may be wrong.

I'm not a "car person".

I drive a 4 cylinder Accord and I am happy as a pig in shit.

Hard to see much resemblance to the GT40.
