Trump can screw up so bad we are back in two years.
Or he can be another Nixon.
I didn't vote for him. So it's not my fault.
I am proud to have voted for Hillary.

1. We will at best hold our ground in the 2018 mid-term. The Democrats have a lot of Senate seats up for grabs , most of them in red states. And then there's the 2020 census to consider. With most state governments in Republican hands, that round of redistricting will make previous gerrymandering look like child's play.
2. Impeachment should be off the table unless you're ready to deal with President Pence.
3. "I didn't vote for him" is an immature cop out: "I didn't do it, Hillbilly did it!" Man up and admit that you backed a lame horse with 500 pounds of lead in her saddle.

I didn't say that but, since you mentioned it, I certainly did and early enough for you and anyone else here to vote for Bernie in the primaries.

Speaking for myself, I did not back her until she was the nominee. THEN I backed her 100%, as everyone should have.

Muddle headed Democrats are at fault. Bernie would've won.

But he didn't.
It really does not matter now does it?

The lesson: this was a change election. Trump was in effect a third party candidate. He was nearly as critical of the Republicans as he was the Democrats. His whole message was that the system was rigged against the people and only an outsider like him could fix things. (He even said that very thing.)
The Democrats needed to field a strong change candidate of their own and they has an ideal one in Bernie but, because they had been planning on nominating the first female candidate from a major party since 2008, the party sabotaged the candidacy of a true change candidate who would have appealed to many of the people who voted for Trump, the non-deplorables, and nominated Hillary, a poster child for the American political aristocracy.
What the fuck did they think would happen?
