It is undeniable that the Russians meddled in 2016. What is not known is how effective it was.

Two years was spent in an high profile attempt to tie Trump to that meddling. The investigator could not find collusion.

Now when you state that you fear actual votes were changed in key precincts it means that the Russians have succeeded beyond their wildest dreams.
