Where are you going to put the firecontrol radar?

Your probably not going to get the Harpoon system to talk to a drone. Need radars to detect, track then you need the fire control system to come up with a solution for your shot.

AWACs style planes, and satelites on a clear day, drones for the fog.

Pop up radars, under water balloons.
Or give Erik Prince some crude fire control on-board the boat, tell him to serpantine as he runs away at 95 per.
Maybe helicoptor gunships with the point-to-shoot laser beam. Also armed with missle tubes. Give every boat a helicopter pad.

When the invasion happens. Small arms ammo mines food fuel will be needed in great quantities.
They being an island will be blockaded by China, the US and the rest of the world will be hard pressed to cross.
It could spiral rather quickly out of control with devastating results.

It's on the Navy, can they keep access to the Island, or can they not? I fear they don't have enough water. Land-based power may win.

Something small, less expensive, that can still put a hole in a ship at the waterline.
