What border?

If things continue as they are, we'll all be pickin' shit with the chickens.

Nope, more jobs for Mexicans in Mexico means less bitching from Arizona.

Let'em build it.

GM has been building cars in Germany since 1929 (Opel). In fact, a couple of the recent succesful GM models (Buick LaCrosse and Regal, Chevy Malibu) are built on Opel-developed platforms.

This phenomena cuts both ways, gentlemen.

Might have to concede that one to you Finn. My Saturn Astra is an Opel.

Heck my last 4 full size Fords were built in Canada. I had to step up to get an American built one

As much as I hate to see the jobs go to Mexico, overall it would be nice if Mexico becomes a bit more prosperous. That's one big border.

I thought when NAFTA passed we were buying stability down there, my take.

All they have to do is beat the druglords, it looks like it's going badly.

Although my SOs PC Cruiser was built there, yuck. But I'll blame the Germans for that one

So was my Challenger. Ever looked into why that is? I'll give you a small hint; Canadian labor costs are signifcantly lower, but the Canadian Autoworkers are union and their wages are the same........................
