I mentioned it because from the time I first heard K.J.Un had decided to not go through with the test (very early one morning while channel surfing) until the story seemed to become more widely known was longer than I expected, given the level of anxiety before his announcement.

It was like for several days everyone was about to die in a fireball and then, Emily Litella.
