No COLA for the disabled and elderly

Why? Because their is no inflation, no rise in prices.
I just looked up each category I think the elderly and disabled would most like spend their money on. Here is what I found.

prescription Drugs are up 8.3% over last year, home heating oil 18.2, healthcare 6.7, rents are up 2.5%, food 3.5% gasoline prices 13%

How can we let this most vulnerable segment of society face these increases with no help when our richest are enjoying a windfall?

We are a Christan nation? I don't think so.

honestly, i wouldn't know. i now have to spend most of my time and energy trying to keep breathing so i haven't been paying attention to rising costs of much of anything . haven't even been keeping up with the political tv programs like i used to.

hope that doesn't sound too lame but that's where i am, these days.

It is probably because everyone is expected to tighten their belts. Everyone except Wall Street that is.

I am not screaming blood murder?

This has to be the 5th time I have posted about it. However this does not fall at the feet of the president as the problem is the way COLA is calculated is the problem. That said I was upset with Obie meager one shot check to this group last year and lack of any response this year.
