Trump is liable for battery and defamation
Carroll awarded $5 million. Trump assaulted and defamed E. Jean Carroll. I've been waiting over thirty years for this.

There was an attorney on FOX this afternoon who pointed out that if Trump hadn't made defamatory statements about Carroll, this case could not have gone ahead on accusations of assault only. The fucking megalomaniac did this to himself. First in the defamation, then in his brainfucked deposition.

The Post’s story about Carroll’s sexual assault allegations was mysteriously scrubbed from the tabloid’s website on Friday afternoon.
