I have been hearing a lot noise about the latest from Ahmad, but did not buy
into it too much.... isn't this guy 81 years old?

Well thanks to my local college radio WKCR 89.9Mhz NY and the extraordinary
old Sony 6060F receiver I am convinced. Ahmad is just as good as his "Poinciana" days.
He can still sense the music.

I should get a copy of BLUE MOON this weekend at J&R.

I will have to check the tapes. When Florence and I were courting and sending each other talking tapes I would use such music as background to the poems I read her. Poor girl never had a chance.
