No, it isn't.

The national government also is supposed to act in the best interests of the people, balancing national interests, global initiatives, and international mandates that help protect the environment. The EPA backs this, scientists do as well.

Yes, the people, not some idiot billionaire's interests, not MegaCorp's interest, but the people's interest, first and foremost.
