What's the story on the radio in the living room CountryFord.

It is a 1926? Atwater Kent model 30 in a Pooley cabinet. It was given to me in high school by a teacher there. It was his aunts and was given to him. His wife didn't want it, but he didn't want to throw it out. When he found out that I collected tube radios he gave it to me. I haven't done anything with it. One of these days I'll restore it. It is a battery operated unit.
