They can't. Humans fight back. Humans inherently don't like to be told how to think. Humans don't have condition codes registers that quietly provide feedback. Instead they have guns and cuss words. And until he understands that then some humans will tell him to STFU.

If he has real leadership legs he can overcome it. If he doesn't, then, well, he is just another political wanna be that can't hack the real world.
So that's what you got?? Guns and cuss words? And a disdain for logic and reason? I think I pretty won that one --- and I didn't fire a f'in shot...

Logic and reason do have their place, but if you eliminate emotion you are left with R2D2. Logic once told me that it would be pointless to write to a lady I had barely met, only protected for the night and only shook hands on parting. I threw logic out the window and wrote the first letter. Many letters and phone calls later we were married, had she not come into my life, I would likely be dead by now as logic as reason are little comfort for the soul.

That's nice.. I married a lady engineer the 2nd time around because logic and reason told me that jumping into a marraige with someone who works in the theatre from 6PM to 3AM doesn't work out too well.. Much better result when I checked my actions with a mild dose of reality..
