There are too many parents who have the need for schools be in session. For child care so that they can work. If the children are out of school would be left at home alone. A sick child will be left at home due to the parents needing to work.

There was over a year to plan for this and I see little in a way of one here. They are not even set up for remote learning as of now at their school.

It's almost as fun to poke the idiots over there with factual articles from the NYT, etc, as it is with the likes of the Insane Clown, et al here.

And now this...

""LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- After more than 70 students are confirmed positive for COVID-19 within the first eight days of school, Greater Clark County Schools announced a change in its masking policy on Saturday.""

https://www.wdrb.com/news/greater-cl...6d80018e5.html

""The school district in southern Indiana currently has over 1,100 students completing a 14-day quarantine due to contact tracing.""

""Last August, GCCS had 30 positive COVID-19 cases in students for the month, according to Laughner.""

""Along with the updated masking policy, Laughner says classrooms will be adjusted to accommodate for students being spaced apart.""

Not even social distancing before.......

Give them a big F for C-19 plan and implementation

Seems red state school districts, who are a lot closer to the people they have to answer to, are realizing that the light up ahead isn't the end of the tunnel but the Delta variant bearing down on them. Seems like there are school districts in Floriduh willing to call 'Rona-Ron DeathSantis' bluff.

ONE DAY IN!!!!

Yes one day of one Grandson staying at our house due to quarantine for C-19 exposure at school.....

To just hear the school will NOW be closed indefinitely for everyone......

So now both will be at our home for the duration. Doing assigned homework packages they are assembling as I type.

What are parents who have nowhere to send their kids to do?

F minus to the school district!

I blame that all on the Republican herd immunity project.

This morning one of the Grandsons woke up with a sore throat. Slight fever........
A case of the ol trotts ....

He is the one who came on Tuesday to stay with us when the school was closed.

So awaiting the tests to come back now.

Both are back at their own home for now.

Thanks.

Sucks...

The school board had a meeting last night and the ""idiots"' were out in droves yelling and complaining out losses of "freedom"...

You know and I know the masks protect others too..... it is not all about you!
