Heck they've been saying $5 a gal for years now. They keep it up they'll be right eventually.

Any little scare drives oil futures up, always. I see there's going to be a facebook protest thingie in Saudi Arabia.

Right. "Any little scare". Agreed, except I would have used the word, "excuse" rather than "scare". I recall a situation several years ago, wherein Dick Cheney had a heart attack and the price of gas spiked. Why?

The oil industry works in mysterious ways. Well, not really, but that's what were expected to believe.

For the life of me, I've yet to figure out why we're in Libya.

All of the old worn out tired excuses I've sen run up the flagpole hasn't drawn a salute from me at this time.

Kadaffi blew up an 747...got it.

It's all about oil... got it.

It's the Arab Spring...got it.

Now that I've got it...what in the fuck are we doing over there?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Maybe they all got scared that Prince Dickie would not be around to let them write our energy policy anymore?
