Very simply he was deported under Clinton and came back under Bush, deported and came back again and married a US citizen.

A Washington state lawmaker who moonlights as a wannabe theocrat has stumbled into FBI scrutiny over a how-to guide he wrote on killing non-believers and establishing a Christian theocracy.

Five-term Washington state Rep. Matt Shea has been circulating a manual for holy war in the United States, the Seattle Times reported.

The four-page document, titled “Biblical Basis for War,” goes point-by-point over how a Christian theocratic movement could – and should – exterminate its opposition in a battle to win a hypothetical holy war.

At the outset, Shea’s holy army would issue terms of surrender to its enemies. The demands include “stop all abortions,” “no same-sex marriage,” “no idolatry or occultism,” “no communism,” and “must obey Biblical law.”

If the rest of the country refuses to “yield” to these terms, the document advocates a final solution: “kill all males.”

Now, with their 2018 tax plans having failed to come to fruition, and their 2017 tax law still polling poorly, Trump and a number of other Republicans have made a hard pivot away from economics and into nationalism, a debate with heavy racial overtones meant to energize the conservative base ahead of Tuesday’s midterm elections.

The shift has seen a party that planned a traditional conservative economic message return instead to the themes Trump hit heavily in his 2016 GOP takeover: claiming that immigrants pose a threat and that Democrats are eager to let them in.

“If you don’t want America to be overrun by masses of illegal aliens and giant caravans, you better vote Republican,” Trump said Thursday at a Missouri rally.
