However what Mueller wants is a flipper and he has evidently not achieved that.

Every single person Mueller has indicted or otherwise pressured (other than your Russian compadres) has flipped from Manafort to Gates to Flynn to Cohen to Pecker to Weisselberg. It's a bit early to tell whether Stone will flip or not, but Mueller's track record in this record is excellent. OTOH, it's not clear that Mueller even wants to flip a dishonest slimeball like Stone.

What facts? Lying to the FBI, obstruction, money laundering. And also many occurring in reaction to the investigation.

Mueller has very little to show in relation to his central mandate. I agree I do not know if he has anything substantive, but so far to any unemotional viewer the results are paltry.
