And from the visit noted above, how about this?

Is the GOP now in love with the Commies, first DPRK and now Russia?

GOP senator open to revising Russia sanctions after Moscow trip

And you believe the Russians are Commies?

The GOP guys want the sanctions to lift to make it easier for the Oligarchs to transfer Russian wealth to the West.

A similarity exist with the Russian criminal connect to a section of the Tory business hustling clique in England. Londongrad rings a bell.

Manafort big hustle was with the Ukrainian Oligarchs. It is lucrative business massaging the Oligarchs.

Russian money renovated Brooklyn NY.

The Russians are not Commies, not even the Chinese despite their trappings.

Putin and those around him are crony capitalists.

It would be more accurate to say that they were commies and many, including Putin, would like to return Russia to its former "glory" when it was the driving force behind the commie USSR. Their current form of government isn't crony capitalism, it's a kleptocracy.

Vlad is smart enough to know that Russia cannot return to "former" glory. It is not the USSR and it does not have the means. Its GDP I believe ranks with that of Italy.

He is promoting nationalism to prevent Balkanization. Note also the promotion of the Russian Orthodox Church as a cementing agent.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Friday he would reverse the collapse of the Soviet Union if he had a chance to alter modern Russian history, news agencies reported...

Fielding quick-fire questions from supporters in Russia’s European exclave of Kaliningrad, Putin was asked what Russian historical event he would like to change.

“The collapse of the Soviet Union,” Putin immediately shot back.

The mayor of Hagerstown, Md., apologized Wednesday for his Facebook comments that upset many residents by referring to London’s mayor as a “terrorist.” Sadiq Khan is the first Muslim elected mayor of the city of London.

Apparently, this cretin was upset about the big baby Trump balloon being flown over London during the Lying Dotard's visit to the UK.

Smart enough to know that is not feasible. What is?--The creation of a "sense of Russian identity". That is Vlad's project...a shield against dismemberment.
