It seems Junior's emails have confirmed significant portions of "the dossier."

No, an objective reading would indicate that they really don't unless you want to infer a lot of details.

Whoever this Russian attorney / rep / whatever was, looks like she met with a bunch of folks while she was here. It was Obama's Justice Dept that reviewed and gave her special approval to enter.
