So what explains the difference in public reaction/polling between Cain's and Newt's indiscretions?
1. The "black man doing our white women" effect. 2. That Newt's infidelity was old news. 3. That Cain's infidelity was "new" news, and unproven. 4. That Cain has no clue on foreign policy/no Washington experience. 5. All of the above. I'm thinking all of the above.
