I don't wish to demean the tragedy that befell Congresswoman Giffords.

But, that's exactly how the whole thing was presented on CNN last night.

The media in this country is a trip. They will change the subject in a nanosecond.

Did you see how quick The House moved to celebrate the pages and their work. I immediately wondered how many were taken advantage of by the esteemed members of The House. Lest we forget, it's time for the Congress critters to go on yet another vacation break.

And leave thousands of aviation people out of work simply because those arrogant bastards are anti union. They want language in the bill that says if someone does not vote it must be counted as a no vote. If you are too damned lazy or too scared to vote - tough.
