"Would you prefer to press two for English?"

I would prefer that non-English speakers would have to go through the gyrations.

"No wonder the Palin for President war cries."

You never heard me cry for Palin for President.

Oh, and a news flash for you. We are the most prosperous nation on earth.

And our population was 92,000,000. It's over 300,000,000 now.

Depending, of course, on how you actually define middle class. There's no consensus. Also, serious efforts to define and quantify the American Middle Class didn't start until the mid 20th century.

I was composing my post when post #50 showed up. There was no indication in your original post that it was in jest, no smileys, no LOLs.

Yes, I found it absurd but that's not necessarily an indication that it was meant in jest. I find much of what passes for Right Wing wisdom to be absurd. As an example, I'm sure the guy who actually composed that poem wanted it to be taken seriously.

But then there's post #51 where you seem to endorse at least a portion of your original email. Which is the "real you"?

Thanks for the clarification.

John

Wow. that is profound. I think you point in this case was very well made.

What can be more absurd than Sarah and she is serious and folks really believe her, even when neither she nor they have a clue what it is she is saying. Hard to tell in this "stupidity is reality" climate.
