Well, the politicians can pat themselves on the back, and take credit for stimulating the economy, not to mention saving the auto industry.

The good news is, they've "saved" we the people 900 mill, more or less. The bad news is, they'll probably piss it away somewhere else.

Perhaps I'm too negative.

Charles, I don't think it's negative to be skeptical, cynical, or to question motives. IMO, it's smart.

Funny, I never thought of it like that.

Heading West. I see that the house has approved another 2 billion for an expanded "cash for clunkers" program.

That's the good news. The bad new is my little rat faced dog has developed a severe case of gas.

My eyeballs are rolling,

Chas

That 1 billion was supposed to last into October, and now they're going to stick in another 2 billion. So if health care is supposed to be 1 trillion, I guess it will actually be 3 trillion. As far as "how could it get any worse", mine is fine, so leave me out.

I will give Obama credit, he did come out and say that the country was broke. And he was right.

Then he, the Democrats, and the Republicans wrote another hot check on our account, and bet it on 2010 Red.

Reckon buying votes ain't never gonna go out of style.
