Unfortunately, I don't believe any of this will ever amount to anything since the JD will coverup after themselves and lie through their teeth and no Congressional hearings will get anywhere either. Hopefully the GQP credibility will sink a bit lower as time goes but will not dissuade them from supporting #45 for #47 in 2024.

You're right about this. The Democratic Party needs to quit worrying about looking like the party of fair play. This is a back alley knife fight and if they don't start acting like it the democracy is gonna be gone. All this latest news about Trump manipulating the DOJ to get the election reversed...it's not going to matter. Trump's bad business practices aren't going to matter...they never mattered. If he goes to jail it's not going to matter, because the GOP has adopted the model and the electorate is half full of assholes, maybe more than half.

A back alley knife fight is right and the other guys fighting dirty and fighting to win. Meanwhile our guys are hoping for a fair fight to a draw. Meanwhile a couple of Dem Senators crying "can we all just get along". The Republicans are using the tools of our democracy to destroy it.
