Of course Donny the Dodger had to come out and (try to) throw shade on General Powell. Which just goes to show what a great guy the general really was.

It's a litmus test. Anyone who does not admire Powell is an asshole. This despite the mean use the war faction managed to make of him in the runup to Gulf War II.
