But what causes the attack is: Greed, Lust, Envy, Anger, Gluttony and Pride.

Someone wants what's yours, desires what's yours, etc. Then they act on these emotions and attacks you to take what is yours.

That's when self preservation kicks in, unless they are starving and you have food, then their self preservation kicks in.

Then we are back to Darwin's Theory of the survival of the fittest.

No. Self preservation is more basic than that. It is eating, having shelter and warmth...

In a way yes but it is because these things are hard coded as things needed to survive. (not sure how anger and pride got into this now)

You are caught up on judgmental rhetoric and are ignoring objective analysis.

The difference between the left and the right is that the right wants to pursue a course that worked well in the past while the left wants to pursue a course that will work well for the future.

The right is more primal, the left more innovative and risk taking.
