There has been a rash of these kinds of instances ever since the "Stand your Ground" law went into effect. You have to wonder how many body bags it's going to take before our Republican dominated legislature figures out that this was a really bad idea. The Zimmerman acquittal didn't help matters either. I suspect they will be getting some pressure from the Chamber of Commerce Republicans because this kind of shit is really bad for business, especially the Tourist Industry.

So it will be Chamber of Commerce Republicans vs. NRA Republicans.

Should be interesting.
