Any ideas as to what would happen if Trump were to drop out of the race now?
Of course Cruz would demand to be nominated and the establishment will never go for that.

Looked it up. Th party National Committee meets and votes in a replacement. Think of it as a superdelegate-only convention.

Which is why I asked the question. If I am a GOP strategist, would be making every effort to get him to step down. Offer him an ambassadorship to Russia. He is seriously hurting his brand which seems to be the asset he values the most, or worse having to disclose his assets/tax returns. If more and more GOP elected members continue to openly pull away from Trump, it may come to this.

Explain to me what's wrong with what Lewandowski said, because I don't see it.

There's a good chance he would still be alive. After all he was killed in the BUSH/Clinton War of Imperial Aggression Based on Lies.

He may have died by some other means in the interim since 2004, but there is no reason to believe that Trump would have invaded Iraq if he were President.
