Is that where the work went? Detroit?

It wouldn't surprise me at all. That's where the Ford F-150 plant down the road from me went, to the new-ish plant in Dearborn. I recall reading an article a few years ago, wherein Bill Ford was quoted as saying that there is a movement afoot among the automakers to "return to the Detriot area.".

Well, how else do you get cars "imported from Detroit?"

Regards,

Same thing happened to the Delco battery plant near my town. It's amazing how quickly a nice neighborhood can go the dogs (or illegals in this case).

Update: They finally gave up trying to sell the office part of the building (what's in the pic below) and tore it down. It is completely gone.

Thanks again, Pete.

I was thinking of you bud.

And in a straight way, so don't get any ideas

I was just told recently those first gen Chargers have fold down seats and can fit a 4 x 8 sheet of plywood with the hatch shut.

Hmmm, should I sell the truck?
