Reps. Andy Biggs and Paul Gosar, two of the most vehement Donald Trump supporters in Congress who led GOP efforts in their home state of Arizona to subvert the results of the 2020 presidential election, have been subpoenaed to testify before a grand jury as part of a probe into the former president’s so-called “fake electors” plot.

Haven't you heard, he has Presidential immunity or so he has claimed and our highly esteemed MAGA Scotus is mulling this one over. Unfortunately they do not have a safe landing to a decision like they did with abortion and Trump kept of the ballots for being an insurrectionist. Correction, they do want to say he has immunity, but the same will also be granted to President Biden and therein lies the rub.
