His manner and way of announcing his move was definitely not a class act. It seems like he and a couple of his buddies have been planning this move for a couple of years. All because they want to be on a winning team, here is hoping the heat gets to be too much. But then I don't have much respect for pro athletes.

Have you guys read the open letter from the majority owner of the Cavs? As ridiculous as coverage of the LeBron affair has been, this letter makes me think he did the right thing bailing from Cleveland.

I agree that James had the right to go with any team that wanted him. That's what free agency is about. In our economic system, people are free to change jobs. Nevertheless, a big ego is offensive, even if the ego is justified by the talent.
