Watching; "The Descent" on IFC.

Lots of pointless gore. Which relaxes me for some odd reason.

Watched 'Ordinary People' last night. Had missed it before, which was stupid. One of the most real and revealing dramas out there.

The Machine was too 'comic book' for me. I like the science in the SF not to be too blatantly BS. And all the combat had this strong 'scripted like a wrestling match' feel. The early 'animation of the android' scene was really showy, though....

I enjoyed "Three Days to Kill" with Kevin Costner.

It got mixed reviews, but I think that's because some people tried to take it too seriously. I consider it a spoof.

Watched "Catching Fire" on netflix last night.

Not as good as the first Hunger Games IMO, but Jennifer Lawrence is such an awesome looking warrior chic, so who cares if the movie isn't all that good?

'Remember The Titans' over a late breakfast with the wife.

Helluva cast and movie about race relations in the DC area in the early '70s. There was even a little high school football in the flick.
