Not that I don't have some internal fear (usually along the line of "I'll never understand a word of what they're saying"), but I would appreciate not being lumped in with the mortality salience crowd.
On the other hand, if someone's twirling a big black mustache, rubbing their hands together, and mumbling about it all coming together now, yes, I'll get a bit nervous.
In the same vein, though, do have the sudden urge to stock up on kevlar waistcoats just because you see a postman?
